4. Anything Croix Valley Blackberry Ancho Chile BBQ and Wing Sauce (Sauce will be provide bij Croix Valley).
5. Anything with Texas Sausage (Meat will be provided by Homemade).
6. Anything with Steak
7. Anything with Duck.
8. Anything with Cheese
9. (NK) Dessert.

Timeline:
10:00 Cooks Meating.
11:00 Judge Meating.
12:00/12:15 turn in Hotdog. (Meat will be provide and must be star of the dish)
12:45/13:00 turn in Chicken Wings.
13:30/13:45 turn in A/W Monkey Bread.
14:15/14:30 turn in A/W Croix Valley. (Sauce will be provide and must be star of the dish)
15:00/15:15 turn in A/W Texas Sausage. (Meat will be provide and must be star of the dish)
15:45/16:00 turn in A/W Steak.
16:30/16:45 turn in A/W Duck
17:15/17:30 turn in A/W Cheese
18:00/18:15 NK Dessert.
18:15 Some T-Rex BBQ Food ;)
